Lutheran Church Women have their meeting on the third Wednesday of each month except during the summer and in December. All women members and friends of the congregation are welcome to join. They have fundraisers for specific projects for the church which the church may need, but are not necessarily priorities. Their current project is to replace the pew cushions in the church. The cost for the cushions will be $5500.Their take-home ham dinner yielded $400. It will be matched by Thrivent’s Care in Congregations funds. They are currently looking into a possibility of having a few trips and as always helping the church as well as those less fortunate than ourselves. Join them and bring your ideas.
